Project-based: fixed scope, fixed price.

A defined deliverable at a defined price, agreed in writing before work begins. No meters running, no hourly anxiety, no surprise invoices.

How a project is priced

1. Diagnose. We look before we quote — an intro call, and where useful, the free self-assessment or a short paid discovery for complex situations.

2. Scope in writing. A statement of work lists the deliverables, the timeline, the price, and the assumptions it depends on. You know exactly what you’re buying.

3. Fixed means fixed. If we discover mid-project that the scope was bigger than either of us knew, we stop and tell you — with options — before spending your money. Scope changes happen by written change order or not at all.
